config file not recieved yet?!

I odered the config file 10 days ago, still waiting for the config file to come. actually the person who call me asked for the payment told the file will be ready within 10 days. Is anything wrong?

same here, they even didn't charge the credit card, this is may be the 10th config. file i buy for a friend, some time it takes only 1 or 2 days and sometimes 10 or more, is there any tech. limitation in that?

Not sure I understand what you're saying - Do you mean can we only process so many at one time?

If that is the answer, no. We can process as many as we need to in a day - Unfortunately there are only so many hours...

no my question was simply why sometimes it takes only 1 or 2 days and sometimes 10 or more days ? and i was asking if there was any tech.issue in that or just depends of how many new customers you have in that period

Ah I see your question now - This is why we're trying so vigorously to get an online payment system up and running, because you are correct if we get 50 config file requets in one day, and 4 in the next, the likely hood of you getting it sooner is much greater than if we have what we do now, which is upwards of 250 a week.

i hopethis will finish soon,, because it takes sometimes 20-30 min on the phone to complete this, and i'm still waiting the cong. file from 10 days (8 bus. days). and today i bougth another one with the same conditions

Yup, its day number 8 for me and i havent recieved my config yet either.
I called FPL to find out the status of my order and they told me it takes TWO weeks, but when i called to order my config they said it would take 7 days.
I also checked my credit card and it hasnt been charged yet either.

Agents are told 7 - 10 days, since currently we run payments manually it does take longer to run them. We are working very hard on implementing an online purchasing/payment system so this process and most others can be automated and less painful for you the users.

Again, best to phone in or PM us with these types of inquiries. I'd suggest phoning in and speaking with the sales team (selecting the information option on our phone IVR)
